Anisha Doshi
Part-time clinical pharmacist at Haller’s pharmacies and at Washington Hospital Health system. She earned her doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) followed by a community pharmacy residency with Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and Bremo Pharmacy in Richmond, Virginia. During her residency, she worked closely with a primarily geriatric population and trained medication aides on caregiving and administering and managing medications. Throughout her 8 year career, Anisha has been passionate about preventative care, deprescribing medications safely to reduce pill burden and empowering people and their families to be their own health advocates through education about medications, their side effects and proper administration.
